For Outfitters

Help every staff member guide the whole trip with confidence.

Trip Centre brings the knowledge across your outfitter into the customer conversation, giving staff a clear path through preparation and customers a useful plan to take with them.

Your expertise stays personal. The experience becomes easier to share.

Great customer guidance should not depend on who happens to be working.

Your experienced staff know the questions to ask, the details that matter and the advice that gives a customer confidence. Staff build that judgment at different stages, while every Location develops knowledge of its own.

When that knowledge lives mainly in individual experience, consistent service is hard to deliver and customers still leave with important preparation to piece together.

Trip Centre helps your whole team work from the experience your outfitter has already earned.

The customer Trip

Every customer gets a Trip of their own.

A staff member can introduce Trip Centre during a conversation, or customers can begin through your website, an email or a QR code. Either way, they receive preparation shaped by your outfitter and suited to their actual trip.

  1. Start with the trip

The customer chooses their activity and adds a few useful details, such as destination, dates and group size. Dates can wait until they are known.

  2. Open a prepared Trip

Packout, Food and Logistics are ready to work through, built from a trusted activity foundation and your team's guidance. Nobody starts with an empty list.

  3. See what needs attention

The Overview shows where the Trip stands, what is coming up and what still needs a decision before departure.

  4. Save when it becomes useful

Customers can begin before they create an account. They sign in when they want to save the Trip, return later or receive reminders.

Preparation foundation

Start with a strong foundation. Add what your team knows.

Your staff should not have to build a complete Flatwater Canoe, Backpacking or Sea Kayak Packout before they can give a customer useful guidance.

Trip Centre provides the core preparation foundation for each type of trip. Your team strengthens it with the local knowledge and recommendations that make the experience yours, leaving more time for the advice only your people can give.

The shared starting point carries the basics. Your people bring the judgment.

What your team can add

  • Local advice
  • Preferred practices
  • Supplemental items
  • Guidance for a particular activity or destination
  • Local food guidance
  • Suggested Logistics arrangements
  • Equipment included with a rental or service
  • Location-specific information

Staff experience

Set up the guidance once. Put it to work in every conversation.

Owners and Admins maintain the shared experience. Staff can use it with confidence without managing every customer Trip or rebuilding a planning package from scratch.

  1. Establish the shared experience

Confirm your brand, Locations and the preparation guidance customers should receive wherever they begin.

  2. Connect what your business provides

Bring in your catalogue, rental and service offers, then review where each recommendation belongs.

  3. Put it into customer conversations

Publish branded links and QR codes so staff can introduce Trip Centre wherever preparation questions arise.

Products and rentals

Connect customer needs to the products and rentals you provide.

Product and rental recommendations are most useful when they appear beside a real preparation need.

If a customer marks a PFD as something they need, they can see relevant PFDs from your catalogue. If they decide to rent a canoe, your rental offer appears with pickup and return details, and the arrangement is added to their Logistics.

The recommendation has context because it begins with the customer's trip.

Products

Connect your existing store to the gear and food customers see in their Trip. Your team reviews the matches and decides which products appear at each Location.

Rentals

Connect rental offers to the equipment they provide. Include useful details such as location, pickup and return guidance and a link to your existing booking process.

Your existing systems remain in place

Your outfitter remains the merchant of record. When a customer is ready to buy or book, Trip Centre sends them to your existing store or booking process.

Trip Centre does not take payment, manage inventory or replace the systems that already handle those transactions.

Branded customer experience

Keep your outfitter visible throughout the experience.

Trip Centre feels like an extension of your customer service, with your knowledge and business connected to the Trip rather than a separate company taking over the relationship.

  • Your logo, colours and imagery
  • Your organization's guidance
  • Your products and rentals
  • Your Locations and contact details
  • Your own branded web address
  • Guidance in English and French

Only your products and rentals appear inside your branded experience.

Organization, Locations and entry points

Meet customers wherever preparation questions begin.

A single-store and multi-location outfitter share the same preparation foundation. Each Location adds the details that differ, and each customer enters through the part of your business they already know.

Useful customer entry points

  • Your website and product pages
  • Reservation confirmations and pre-arrival emails
  • In-store signs and rental counters
  • Printed trip materials
  • Location-specific QR codes

Each Location can have

  • Its own planning link, QR code and branded address
  • Where a rental is picked up and returned
  • Which products and rentals are available there
  • Hours, access and contact details
  • Store-specific guidance

Customers see the right Location. Your team does not rebuild the experience for every store.

Customer relationship

A home for every Trip they take with you.

Customers keep their Trips together in one place: the next one, the ones still being planned and the ones they have already taken. Through your branded experience, your outfitter remains connected across Locations and from one Trip to the next.

Better preparation comes first. A stronger customer relationship follows.

  • Give staff a clear place to begin
  • Reduce repeated preparation explanations
  • Connect recommendations to real Trip needs
  • Support multiple Locations without rebuilding the setup
  • Stay part of the customer's next Trip
